To promote Maui's Food Sustainability through Education, Empowerment and Circular Economy
Vision:
The heart of the Madame’s Larder is to preserve and value our community through food sustainability and reduce our reliance on foods and goods shipped to our island.
We want to create a Hub for the community to hui and empower ourselves to attain a more sustainable lifestyle through education and creative solutions to home cooking and building local commerce.
One of our goals is to elevate the home cooking experience while supporting a food sustainable community through raising awareness about local resources and farms. We believe that building community starts at home.
We teach practical and innovative home cooking techniques, raise awareness about local food sources, preserve food and prevent food waste, and highlight the community connection from Seed to Feed.

In the wake of the recent Maui Wildfires which have caused devastation in Lahaina and upcountry Maui, we are extending our projects to help feed those who were displaced by the fire.
The Madame's Larder is partnering with Tails Up Maui to provide meals to those in need.
